Looking for expert support during your job search?
This four-month, 1-on-1 coaching program does just that. Your coach — with corporate, nonprofit, and recruiter experience — will work with you to clarify your career direction and focus your job search. Our goal is not only to position you for job seeking success, but in one that fits into your career interests. This may include opportunities inside and outside your organization, considering higher education, exploring management and leadership roles, considering shifts to a new industry, or becoming an independent consultant.
The program includes four 1-on-1 monthly coaching sessions, kick-off survey, 4 assessments, and real-time feedback and support between sessions.
The four assessments include:
- Strengths Finder Survey Review*
- Resume Review and Update
- Cover Letter Review and Update
- LinkedIn Review and Update
Each session includes some follow up homework, such as resume updates, or applying for jobs. Send updates or questions to your coach between sessions and gain real-time feedback (such as on your resume and cover letters, your LinkedIn profile updates, or in preparing for job interviews).
This is a structured but customized program. Your coach will keep your long-term goals in mind, while each session will focus on your most pressing needs. Topics can range from career goals, transferrable skills, ideal jobs, to acing interviews.

Phase 2: Resume and Opportunities
- updated resume, cover letters, LinkedIn profile
- education (degree and certificate programs)
- identifying job opportunities
- job application strategies
Phase 3: Interviews and Outreach
- positioning your personal brand (online and off)
- networking and relationships
- interview preparation
- negotiating offers
*You will need to purchase the Strengths Finder 2.0 book ($16 on Amazon).
Is this program right for me?
This program’s content is designed for professionals with 7+ years of professional experience. This allows us to dive deeper into your experiences, skill sets, and job progression. Exploring ways to position you in a way that aligns with your personal and career interests. Have less than 7 years of experience? Our one-time Job Coaching Session may be ideal for you.
Fees and payment:
$495 per month ($1,980 total).
If you land a new role before the program is done, you may choose to end the program early and do not have to make the remaining payments. You may also choose to continue working with your coach to support successful on-boarding to your new role.
