This customizable, four-month, 1-on-1 leadership program puts the spotlight on YOU to achieve transformative RESULTS. Through four 1-on-1 coaching sessions and four assessments, you and your coach will work together to clarify and make progress on your specific leadership and professional goals. This program includes real-time feedback and support between sessions.
Live sessions are once per month and one hour in duration.This program is structured, yet customized to meet your specific long-term goals and current needs. One of the most unique aspects is, you will continue to have access to your coach in-between sessions. We’re here to help you succeed throughout the duration of the program.
For example, if you are planning a big team meeting, preparing for a leadership transition, or developing a new program, your coach will be available via email even between sessions to provide you with real-time feedback and support.
The program will support you in the following ways:
- Leadership goal setting (current and future): Solidify your short and longer term leadership options and goals. Understand your leadership potentials and areas of improvement.
- Real-time on-the-job coaching support (addressing strengths and weaknesses): Gain an understanding of your strengths and gaps. Define immediate action steps aligned with your goals and break through any potential barriers.
- Internal and external leadership presence and influence (assessment + action): Understand your leadership persona and inter-personal relations with colleagues and leadership. Take steps to amplify your personal brand and influence to position you for the future.

Is this program right for me?
This 1-on-1 program is tailored for mid- and senior level professionals at a range of leadership levels (new and seasoned). The program is designed to be customizable to best each coachee’s unique situation, interests, and goals. In the last few years, many of our coachees have been senior leaders, executive directors, first time executives, and founders. These professionals have been at a range of career stages: early, mid-, and established. As long as a you are in or nearing a leadership position, this program is for you!
Fees and payment:
$495 per month ($1,980 total).
