Glimpse into History
This video was made before I launched Leadership Savvy. It captures a moment when I was faced with a big decision of what to do next in my career. I was torn between staying in my job with people I enjoyed working with immensely vs. embarking on a more independent journey of starting my own consulting company.
Growing up in both western individualistic and eastern collectivistic cultures, I had to weigh my options and how it would impact those around me. Upon reflection I found strategies from both that led me to critical people and insights for taking the next steps forward.
